On the Full Noon Fiasco, I had a fuzzy understanding of what a "mini bike" was. I wasn't thinking "70's mini bike." I was thinking "small motorcycle." And that's what I got my hands on. I think it falls in the grey area of mini bikes. It is a minature bike. But now that the day is near, I realize it is not an "official" mini bike.
